Sales Associate - Luxury Homes (Legacy Showhome)

What You'll Do

This role is the heart of our Legacy sales operation. You'll manage leads coming through our show home, build relationships with clients, and keep the sales process moving from first conversation to possession. You'll support the Area Sales Manager, maintain the CRM, and represent the Veranda standard with confidence. You'll know the product, the floor plans, the features, and the "why build with us" story--because you're one of the faces of our brand. Show home hours, Monday - Thursday from 2 - 8 pm and Saturday & Sunday from noon - 5 pm.

Having real conversations and reading people quickly Navigating clients with professionalism and ease Keeping the administrative + CRM side tight and organized Knowing the market, understanding the build process, and speaking to design details Working with urgency, initiative, and pride Being the reliable person the team counts on

What We're Looking For:

Experience in new-home sales or high-end real estate Strong understanding of homebuilding and luxury finishes Excellent communication and client-management skills Ability to create a premium experience from start to finish Tech-savvy (CRM experience required; Follow Up Boss is a bonus) A polished, confident, positive attitude
