Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and

Certified Concrete Shotcrete Pump Operator

to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating shotcrete and concrete pumping equipment safely and efficiently on commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

:

Operate concrete and shotcrete pump equipment safely and efficiently Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on pumps Set up, operate, and clean pumping equipment on job sites Coordinate with nozzlemen, supervisors, and crew to ensure quality placement Monitor material flow, pressure, and mix consistency Follow all

WorkSafeBC

, OH&S, and company safety procedures Troubleshoot equipment issues and report mechanical concerns Maintain clean and organized work areas

Skills & Qualifications

:

Valid

Shotcrete / Concrete Pump Operator Certification

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

operating concrete or shotcrete pumps Strong understanding of concrete mixes and shotcrete application methods Ability to read and follow job plans and specifications Valid driver's license (Class 1 or 3 preferred) Physically fit and able to work in construction environments Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

:

Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds). Comfort working in confined spaces, heights, or underground conditions. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Work Environment

:

Work can be outdoors, exposed to varying weather conditions, or in confined underground or indoor environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
