Job Title: Short-Term/Vacation Rental Superhost

Location: On-Site (Must live near assigned units)

Compensation: 100% Revenue Share | Potential earnings is up to $85K+ per year

• Earn approximately $5K per unit per year with a portfolio of up to 15 units ($75K+ with incentives for top ratings).
• Additional units available for high-performing hosts.
• Extra bonuses and incentives for maintaining a 4.8+ star average rating.

About the Role: As an Upstay Superhost, you are an entrepreneur and the hospitality boss of your assigned units, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maximizing revenue. You are the single source of passion ensuring a 5-star trip for every guest while maintaining the quality of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with guests prior, during and after guest stay
• Personally inspect each unit before guest check-in, ensuring high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Manage light maintenance tasks and stock necessary supplies.
• Coordinate and verify cleaning services to meet Upstay's quality expectations.
• Queue heavy repairs in the system for corporate management.
• Optimize unit listings and work with the revenue team to adjust pricing strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing timely responses and excellent customer service.
• Be available for urgent on-site issues, including guest lockouts or emergency concerns.
• Build strong guest rapport, ensuring satisfaction and earning consistent 5-star reviews.
• Maintain flexibility with working hours, being available with varying schedules.
• Work primarily from your phone while conducting necessary in-person property inspections.
• Prepare the home for owner visits; meet and greet owners and be available during their stays

Who We're Looking For: We want hustlers, entrepreneurs, and proven Superhosts who know what it takes to run an outstanding short-term rental operation. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and eager to maximize their earnings.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology (smart locks, guest communication platforms, etc.).
• Light maintenance experience preferred (e.g., troubleshooting common household issues).
• Passion for hospitality and entrepreneurship, with a drive to control your own success.
• Must live near the assigned properties and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Consistently able to maintain a 4.8+ star rating with excellent guest reviews.
• Prior Airbnb or hospitality experience is a major plus.
• Must be comfortable handling unexpected guest issues professionally and efficiently.
