Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes. Handle food items safely, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed at all times. Collaborate withmanagement and volunteers to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.(Food Safety Certificate required) Ability to perform various cooking techniques and meal preparation tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with serving techniques and food handling procedures is essential. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service is a must.
