Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a short order cook, prepping, cooking, packaging to go meals for remote workers. This role is essential in ensuring that our dietary services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a culinary environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food preparation and service processes. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed, including safe storage and preparation practices. Provide excellent customer service while serving meals, addressing any dietary concerns or preferences. Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Skills

Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and food service. Familiarity with fine dining standards and restaurant experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Culinary experience with demonstrated knife skills is essential for meal preparation tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional service. Experience in catering services is beneficial but not required.
