Whirlpool is seeking qualified candidates for a Shopper Marketing Manager (KASA). This role is an onsite 5 days a week role at our Mississauga, ON location.



The Shopper Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director/GM of KitchenAid Small Appliances in Canada and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive omnichannel sales. This includes optimizing the digital path to purchase as well as the in-store environment to support the shopper journey, driving sales and elevating the brand.



This key member of the KitchenAid Canada team will be responsible for collaborating both internally and externally with sales and marketing teams as well as customers as agency partners. Key responsibilities involve strategic planning, program execution, performance analysis, and budget management. The Shopper Marketing Manager role is responsible for leading our field team to drive in-store execution as well as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator role that assists with coordination and execution.

Your responsibilities will include

Lead the development and strengthening of the marketing partnership with retailers to identify unique opportunities to bring the KitchenAid brand to life with our retail partners. Act as the liaison between marketing and sales by championing product launches and strategic priorities through to execution. Lead the retail display strategy in Canada by leveraging global guidelines. This role will lead planning through to execution by working with the sales team, marketing and external agencies. Key responsibilities include ROI evaluation, investment negotiation, plan development, content development, execution and measurement planning. Optimize the digital plan to sell by ensuring retailer brand shops and product detail pages are consistent and support the shopping journey. Lead the KitchenAid field team that drives in-store excellence in terms of merchandising, training, and field support. Responsible for setting team priorities and measuring success against defined KPIs. Effectively manage the shopper marketing budget. Maintain knowledge of retail marketing trends, developments and best practices. Define KPIs and analyze performance of marketing tactics and provide insights and recommendations

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, or Brand Management
