About the Position

We're seeking a

Shop Labourer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

exceptional organizational skills

, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This role is essential to keeping our shop running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with the fabrication and welding process Prepare materials, tools, and parts for production Keep the shop organized and tidy to support workflow and inventory tracking Support welders and fabricators with daily tasks Follow safety procedures and shop standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in a fabrication, welding, or construction environment an asset

Exceptional organizational skills

and attention to detail are essential Ability to lift and move materials safely Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn and take direction

Compensation & Schedule

Starting wage: $20+/hour

, depending on experience and skill level

Full-time position

, Monday to Friday Occasional overtime may be available
