Position Summary

We're looking for a

dependable, self-motivated Labourer

to join our back shop team. This position involves the

fabrication of custom trims and flashings on a CNC machine

, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and supporting overall shop operations including

production, inventory, and shipping

.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble custom metal flashings and trims using

mechanical shear and brake equipment

Assist with general

shop duties

, including material handling, cutting, packing, and shipping Maintain organization of

inventory and workspace

Support

quick-turnaround production

and team goals Perform

occasional deliveries

to local job sites using company truck Operate forklift (training or certification provided if needed) Follow all

health and safety procedures

in an industrial setting

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability Hands-on experience with tools and general shop equipment Valid driver's licence and comfort driving larger trucks Ability to lift and handle metal materials safely Basic understanding of workplace safety

Assets:

Experience in

sheet metal work, carpentry, or construction

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain certification after hire) Knowledge of

roofing or cladding applications

Working Conditions

Industrial warehouse/shop environment Monday to Friday schedule (day shift) Occasional weekend work available based on workload
