Some of you might be thinking that this will be the easier path to get started with us, but that's not likely the case. We are looking for the right attitude and that's sometimes harder to find and harder to prove.
A little about us and why we are such an awesome place to be, we are a young, dynamic and well-respected company that works on Commercial Glazing across Southern Alberta. We have an amazing culture that prides itself on our workmanship, determination, ingenuity and actually having fun at work (these aren't just cute little words coming from HR either). We've got all those competitive wages, benefits, and company match RRSP's that the other good companies can offer, but more so you'll get to work on some awesome projects with the best contractors in the city.
So, how are you going to get that coveted position with us? We are looking for folks with super strong work ethic, an insatiable drive for success and an abundance of toughness and grit. We aren't looking for you to come and stay a Shop Hand or Truck Driver, we want you to grow and become more.
If this sounds super challenging and maybe even a little scary, good. You've got some big shoes to fill, and we aren't looking for cowards.
