As a

Shop Foreman

you will be responsible for the complete operational oversight on the repair facility. This includes, and is not limited to, leadership management for all AMT staff, operational efficiency and effectiveness, financial stewardship for AMT assets and resources, and maintaining exceptional levels of service quality and client satisfaction.

Leadership Management:

Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to enhance team performance Foster a positive, and collaborative work environment Ensure Core Processes followed by all

Financial Stewardship:

Operate within departmental budgets Maintain financial records, AP/AR accuracy

Account/customer Satisfaction:

Maintain accurate customer & account records Ensure customer issues and complaints are managed in a timely manner Represent AMT's core values and ensure customers receive exceptional service

Operational Effectiveness:

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Develop clear objectives and deliverables for operational success Conduct regular assessments of operations to identify areas of improvement Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of trends, technologies, and disruptors

Data entry & Systems Administration:

Enter data in appropriate systems as required Maintain accurate internal applications and programs Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician Knowledge of the Transportation, Towing, or Automotive industry an asset Exceptional customer service and communication skills Experience with data entry, asset information management, and inventory control Proven experience working with a large, multi-disciplined team Ability to lift 75 lbs Ability to organize, prioritize, and fulfilling the day to day, and long term departmental goals Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
