Location: Dartmouth and Millbrook, NS

Our Dartmouth and Millbrook locations are currently seeking a Shop Foreman to join their service team. This role is responsible for providing effective supervision to ensure the department meets its quality standards and productivity goals.



Responsibilities will include training staff in service methods, safety policies and procedures, as well as the identifying and addressing potential operational challenges and health and safety concerns.



As part of their duties, the Shop Foreman will be responsible for preparing a variety of reports and managing budgetary functions within the department. By effectively overseeing performance targets, operational goals, and service efficiencies, the Shop Foreman will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of the service department.



He or she will also act in the capacity of Service Technician as necessary.
