Shop Foreman

to join our award-winning service team.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong

CJDR experience

and a proven ability to

motivate, organize, and guide technicians

in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily shop operations, ensure quality repairs, and maintain smooth communication between technicians, advisors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and mentor the service technician team Dispatch work efficiently and maintain workflow balance Perform quality checks and ensure OEM repair standards are met Assist with diagnostics, complex repairs, and warranty procedures Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to drive productivity and CSI results

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years CJDR dealership experience (Journeyman Technician preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
