We're looking for a

Shop Foreman

who leads by example, supports a strong team environment, and delivers service excellence that reflects our promise of delivery reliable, customer focused, and quality driven support.

About the Role

As a

Shop Foreman,

you'll collaborate closely with our Service Manager, Service Writer, and Service Technicians to maintain a high performing, efficient, customer focused service department. You'll play a key role in coordinating shop activity, assisting customers, and ensuring every repair meets our high standard. Additionally, you will have the chance to support technician development during diagnosis and repairs.

For you to be considered for an interview you have the following qualifications:

3+ years experience as a Service Technician in an agriculture dealership. Experience servicing John Deere equipment and using Service Advisor software preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Agriculture Equipment Technician Certificate is an asset. Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
