Role Summary



The Shop Assistant will contribute to the overall organizational effectiveness and process efficiency of Range Mobility by managing the parts flow, inventory systems, and purchasing functions that support Upfit operations and overall shop productivity.

Primary Responsibilities



Complete all inventory counts as per assigned classes in the

2025 Inventory Management Plan

Oversee all

shipping and receiving

, including returns, warranty returns and tracking, for both

Upfit and Maintenance

departments Local pickup from non-delivery vendors (special items, time critical or one-offs) Either in-person or coordinating third-party courier to deliver Maintain

shop supply and consumable inventory

, including purchasing and tracking to ensure availability of essential supplies. This includes the second shop & Maintenance Manage all

parts for work orders

, including pricing, allocation, and inventory tracking Retrieve parts for vehicle builds and assemble parts kits/equipment for current and future builds Enter all allocated parts to corresponding work orders in Work Order Software Maintain accurate

Min/Max inventory levels

for specified stock Receive and allocate all incoming items according to work orders and inventory systems Assist with

shop organization and cleanliness

Perform administrative duties and assist the

VP, Business Services

as required Provide occasional

vehicle shuttling

and logistical support

Qualifications



Strong organizational and time management skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to work independently and make decisions Valid Class 5 Driver's License Able to pass a Police Background Check Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems (ShopMonkey & Quickbooks experience is an asset) 1-3 years related experience rpreferred Automotive experience strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
