Handle heavy items such as tires and rubber treads, including stacking and storing safely. Use basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, wrenches, screwdrivers) to assist with tasks such as tire changes or mounting hardware. Receive, label, and organize inventory; monitor stock levels and notify when items need replacement. Support operations team with various logistical and hands-on tasks. Occasionally run errands, perform local pickups/deliveries, or assist at jobsites depending on workload and capacity.

Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or logistics environment is an asset. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. A safety-first attitude and willingness to strictly follow company protocols and PPE requirements. Trustworthy and reliable for occasional driving or equipment deliveries under varying weather conditions. Willingness to work overtime during peak periods (particularly November-January).
