Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Shisha Prep Personnel. Babel takes pride in offering extraordinary shisha/hookah experiences to our valued guests. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in both quality and service. The role involves ensuring the proper setup and maintenance of shisha equipment, selecting quality ingredients, and providing exceptional service. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shisha/hookah for customers according to recipes and guidelines
• Set up and maintain shisha equipment in good working condition
• Select and handle quality ingredients and materials for shisha preparation
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to guest needs
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in shisha preparation or a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of various shisha flavors, mixes, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes precisely
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Adherence to hygiene and safety standards

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• Pr\xc3\xa9parer la chicha pour les clients selon les recettes et les directives
• Installer et entretenir l\'\xc3\xa9quipement de chicha en bon \xc3\xa9tat de fonctionnement
• S\xc3\xa9lectionner et manipuler des ingr\xc3\xa9dients et des mat\xc3\xa9riaux de qualit\xc3\xa9 pour la pr\xc3\xa9paration de la chicha
• Fournir un excellent service client et r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins des clients
• Garantir la propret\xc3\xa9 et l\'hygi\xc3\xa8ne dans la zone de pr\xc3\xa9paration
• Respecter en tout temps les normes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et les r\xc3\xa9glementations

Exigences:

• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience ant\xc3\xa9rieure dans la pr\xc3\xa9paration de chicha ou un r\xc3\xb4le similaire est pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e
• Connaissance des diff\xc3\xa9rentes saveurs, m\xc3\xa9langes et \xc3\xa9quipements de chicha
• Attention particuli\xc3\xa8re aux d\xc3\xa9tails et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 suivre pr\xc3\xa9cis\xc3\xa9ment les recettes
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et en communication
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler dans un environnement rapide et \xc3\xa0 effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches efficacement
