We're looking for a full-time Shipping & Packaging Associate to join our growing factory team. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy practical hands-on tasks, and are passionate about pets, this role is perfect for you. Job Responsibilities:

Package and ship pet collars, leashes, bandanas, and harnesses with precision and care. Conduct quality control checks ensuring each product meets our high standards before shipping. Add finishing details to products, such as gluing fabric, while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. Accurately sort products into designated bins for efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Manage partial orders using our in-house sorting system. Assist with additional tasks including inventory counting, preparing sticker packs, building boxes, and fabric preparation. Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
