Davis Wire Industries is a Canadian owned and operated wire manufacturer located in Delta, BC. We offer a wide range of wire and wire products and are committed to providing the highest quality products with exceptional service. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping, Receiving, and Inside Sales Representative.

Job Summary:

The Shipping, Receiving, and Inside Sales Representative will oversee the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments and actively engage in sales activities to promote and sell our products to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping and Receiving:

Shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies, document and report findings. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping labels. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Inside Sales:

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and quotations. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead follow-ups. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Proficiency Microsoft Office .

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience in inside sales or customer service roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
