About the Role




We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Shipping & Inventory Coordinator

to join our operations team. This position combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse duties, requiring a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and safety.


Key Responsibilities




Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and within established timelines. Receive and verify incoming materials, ensuring accurate documentation. Maintain organized inventory and perform regular cycle counts. Operate reach trucks and other material-handling equipment safely. Maintain shipping records, waybills, and order details in tracking systems. Collaborate with internal departments and provide excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with all workplace safety procedures and OHS standards.

Qualifications




Minimum 1 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations. Physically fit and able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly. Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory databases or ERP systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Work Schedule




Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). On-site role in Edmonton, AB.

Additional Information




Standard background check required. CSA-approved safety boots must be worn on-site. * Mandatory onboarding and safety training will be provided.
