What You'll Be DoingCommunicating with customers via phone, email, or in person and entering orders into our precast management software. Oversee inventory management, delivery scheduling, and yard operations across locations. Working with drivers, loaders, and quality control to ensure trucks are loaded accurately with an emphasize on efficiency. Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, processing returns, obtaining quotes, and approving freight invoices. Aim to meet shipping team KPIs while completing additional duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking ForStrong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent teamwork abilities and communication, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Access, Teams, and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Work EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing setting. Collaborative and supportive team culture. Based in Winnipeg covering all of MB and SK shipping needed. Full Time position with standard office hours, overtime when needed. Conditions may involve moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
