Complete and verify all shipping documentation.
Monitor and manage order flow within the distribution center.
Arrange pick-ups and deliveries with carriers.
Monitor status for timely delivery and resolve issues.
Keep accurate shipment and billing records.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Health Canada regulations.
Address discrepancies and update relevant parties.
Keep work areas safe and organized.
Handle different shifts and tasks as needed.
Report deviations and suggest improvements.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Forklift certification is a must.
TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) Certification is an asset.
3+ solid years in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experienced with shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs unassisted consistently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and Health Canada regulations.
Employment DetailsSalary: $50,000 - $60.000
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 6:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
