Princeton is located at the confluence of the Similkameen and Tulameen Rivers, just one hour from the South Okanagan and three hours from the Lower Mainland. Local amenities include an 18-hole golf course, a curling rink, an indoor arena, an outdoor pool, ATV trails, mountain bike trails, and groomed nordic ski trails. RESPONSIBILITIES:




Coordinate and execute outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery, including scheduling trucks and managing multi-leg rail shipments Prepare shipping and customs documentation for domestic (Canada/USA) and international shipments ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance Manage Kiosk with carrier check-in and out processes Resolve shipping, customs, and inventory issues proactively; escalate when necessary Coordinate sales order fulfillment with internal teams and off-site reload facilities Support internal stakeholders by effectively communicating shipping status, issues, and resolutions Prepare loading diagrams and confirm shipment details with carriers and reload sites As required, participate in inventory audits and safety audits

QUALIFICATIONS:




Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping or Logistics role Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple daily shipments Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF tools) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to work well within a team, take direction, and collaborate across departments Demonstrate commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, LISA, Smartsheet, and SharePoint Experience working in a unionized environment



SALARY RANGE:

We offer a competitive compensation package based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
