Description :Shipping ClerkMeadow Lake, SaskatchewanOur Shipping Clerks are key players when it comes to making sure that our products are tracked, shipped and invoiced in a way that keeps business running smoothly. With a love for the details and an understanding of shipping, they help build our customers\xe2\x80\x99 trust that product will be there when they need it.We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) mill located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Meadow Lake employs 155 employees and safely and sustainably produces 730 million square feet of OSB every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Dynamics.
• Ability to apply computer skills to new software applications.
• Valid Forklift Operation certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in shipping or related area would be an asset.

• Keep accurate records of all shipments.
• Ensure all invoicing and bills of lading are completed accurately and take accountability for inventory tracking.
• Manage month end balance sheets and export documentation.
• Assist the Shipper with loading trucks when needed.
