Job Description

Mining is a challenging industry. Quality, reliability, and innovative technologies ensure that mining operations are safe, time and cost efficient at all times \xe2\x80\x93 even under the toughest of conditions.
As Liebherr Mining\'s newest team member, you will be responsible for the logistics of our mining inventory in Ft. MacKay. This includes: receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking, filling and shipping orders, organizing, managing and retrieving stock.
*SITE LOCATION IS IN FORT MCKAY.* This position has a work schedule of 14 days on - 14 days off*

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
• Operate and maintain safety of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Maintain shipping and receiving logs and makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition.
• Other assigned duties as required.

Competencies

• Minimum 3 years experience in shipping and receiving.
• Ability to plan and manage time according to tasks.
• Fully proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience will be considered an asset.
• You are able to effectively communicate detailed and complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• You are self-motivated with the ability to work alone, unsupervised for extended periods of time.
• You are entusiastic, people person and a team player.
