FET operates in the three reporting segments: Drilling & Downhole, Completions and Production. Summary: Participates in the assembling and shipping of outgoing merchandise or material. Prepares and maintains shipping records, makes up bills of lading, and posts weight and shipping charges. Verifies correctness of incoming shipments against bills of lading. Maintains records of goods received. Rejects damaged goods or materials and correspond with shipper to adjust damages or shortages. May route incoming goods to the proper department. Data entry of orders and applicable information into Forum\'s EAP system. Assists with front office administrative tasks including but not limited to; answering and directing phone calls, data entry (Microsoft Office Suite), maintains and orders office supplies, participates and assists in the company HSE program as needed. Maintains good housekeeping practices and other duties as assigned. Job Duties/Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Data entry using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP \xc2\xb7 Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records \xc2\xb7 Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates \xc2\xb7 Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons, using stenciling equipment \xc2\xb7 Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers \xc2\xb7 Inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding \xc2\xb7 Nails covers on wooden crates and binds containers with metal tape, using strapping machine \xc2\xb7 Stamps, stencils, or glues identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers \xc2\xb7 Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage \xc2\xb7 Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages \xc2\xb7 Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications \xc2\xb7 Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies \xc2\xb7 Operate Forklift to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with staff the outgoing and receiving of incoming shipments \xc2\xb7 May receive damaged or defective goods returned to establishment \xc2\xb7 Assist with cycle counting as necessary \xc2\xb7 Puts inventory away in designated areas \xc2\xb7 Maintains good housekeeping practices \xc2\xb7 Participate and assist in the company HSE program \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned. Skills/Knowledge \xc2\xb7 Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) \xc2\xb7 Good written and oral communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to change direction while maintaining organization \xc2\xb7 Capable of working independently, as well as in a team environment \xc2\xb7 Forklift certification preferred. Education \xc2\xb7 High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience \xc2\xb7 3+ years of experience, in a similar environment \xc2\xb7 1+ years of Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
