Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working in a warehouse environment? Join our team as a
Shipper/ Receiver
and play a key role in ensuring our doors and hardware reach their destinations accurately and on time!What You'll Do:
Receive, package, and label shipments using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Maintain accurate inventory using company software and ERP tools Prepare door hardware, wood doors, steel doors, and frames for installation, delivery, or customer pickup Perform inventory counts and keep records up-to-date Collaborate with Project Managers and the fabrication team to meet project timelines Operate hand tools, mechanical, and motorized equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts Communicate with customers and carriers to coordinate pickups and deliveries Identify opportunities for process improvements and share them with your supervisor
What We're Looking For:
Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Skilled in operating forklifts and pallet jacks Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task under deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Business Central, WMS, and Microsoft Office Team player with a strong work ethic Able to safely lift up to 75 pounds High School diploma or GED
