STAC Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within our warehouse, ensuring that all products are accurately tracked and handled. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and supporting our e-commerce initiatives.
Duties
Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and raw materials, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
QC checks and serial number stamping on outgoing parts.
verify the accuracy of deliveries against vendor paperwork.
Operate forklifts and reach trucks to load and unload materials safely.
Maintain organized records of shipping and receiving activities.
Maintain inventory and stock organization.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to shipments or inventory.
Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory audits.
Clean shop and dump of chip bins
Ensure Compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized shop and yard
Provide support to management and collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
Handel various additional duties as assigned to support the company's operations and goals.
pick up and drop off to customers and vendors as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse distribution is preferred.
Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order processing.
Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Valid Drivers license with clean driving record.
ability to drive 2WD 3/4 ton flat deck in Alberta weather conditions.
Knowledge of downhole Equipment is bennificail but not required

Education:
High school diploma preferred
Experience in shipping
forklift certified and asset
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and preform bending, crouching, and kneeling motion
Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
