Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all products are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner. This role requires proficiency in various warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to load and unload materials safely. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Package products for shipment according to company standards to ensure safe delivery. Conduct order picking and packing activities efficiently to meet e-commerce demands. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using ERP systems. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes. Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices and order fulfillment techniques Experience with packaging methods and quality control measures is a plus. Ability to operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
