is currently looking to fill the position of a

Parts

Shipper and Receiver.

Essential Duties:

Provide customers with an unmatched ownership experience at all times Verify quantities received in shipments, notify supervisor of any damage or discrepancies and take appropriate action Ensure parts are quickly received and expedited to appropriate Parts Advisor Label parts with proper parts number prior to binning and place in storage Monitor part number changes and modify location if necessary Identify and process special order shipments and notify appropriate person or department Provide information to customers on our product and promote parts sales Perform customer follow-up on special order parts Maintain supply of wet and charged batteries, boutique and accessories display Assist internal and external customers at the counter and via telephone Assist with housekeeping of parts department, stockroom maintenance and replenishment of stock parts Assist with urgent local deliveries Act as a backup for Parts Advisors Other duties as required by your manager

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

High school diploma or equivalent experience Knowledge of parts inventory operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Perform duties with a sense of urgency Exceptional attention to detail Valid Class 5 drivers license Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications, ADP, EPC
