Presently looking for success driven individuals that posses strong skill sets in exterior finishings. Successful candidates will also posses strong leadership skills. We focus on Shingle Roofing
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily job site tasks & team members
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control standards
Provide guidance and training to Team Members on installation techniques and safety protocols
```Requirements:```
Proven experience in a lead hand or supervisory role within the Roofing industry for a minimum of 8 years,
*Strong knowledge of Roofing processes, techniques, and materials
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
