Job Description
The Joint Cannabis in Saskatoon, SK is looking for new Shift Supervisors to join our team!
Candidates must be available to work at
a minimum of two
of the following store locations:1216 Idylwyld Dr N 622 Circle Dr E 3030 Meadows Pkwy 1244 Baltzan Blvd
We are looking for dedicated team members to be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
Opening the store Closing the store Cash Handling procedures Motivating and directing the team of Sales Associates Planning and oversight on tasks Upholding team to company standards Upholding and ensuring an understanding to all company policies Upkeeping store cleanliness and organization Processing orders Maintaining accurate inventory numbers Assisting in E-Commerce operations
Qualifications:
Prior retail experience is a must Prior supervisory experience in retail environment preferred Ability to delegate and take ownership Ability to lead a team Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong time management and prioritizing skills Must be 19+ Current & Valid Canna Sell Cannabis certification Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check Must be available for at least 2 locations
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including being able to work closing shifts and weekend shifts.
Applicants must be available to work any shift between 7:15 AM and 12:30 AM, Monday through Sunday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.70 per hour
