Responsibilities:
Schedule daily tasks and assign duties to Team Members across shifts.
Organize outbound loads to maximize efficiency and resource use.
Train and support Team Members, identifying safety and development needs.
Oversee picking, staging, and loading activities to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
Verify product details against pick sheets and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and proper product placement.
Ensure all equipment checks and preventative maintenance procedures are completed daily.
Enforce safety standards, proper propane handling, and correct use of personal protective equipment.
Provide back-up coverage for Logistics Coordinator when required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management is considered an asset.
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a distribution operation, preferably within the tire, automotive, or commercial service industry.
Knowledge of commercial, off-the-road (OTR), and agricultural tires, including product identification and safe handling practices.
Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, tire machines, and high lifts; valid forklift certification preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of warehouse operations.
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy tires and materials as required.
Valid driver's license (Class G)
