Why Wendy's
Shift Supervisors work with the restaurant management team to provide direction, training, and work alongside our Crew members to help them succeed. They also ensure guests enjoy an outstanding customer experience while creating a warm, welcoming place for both employees and customers.
What you can expect
Applicants will receive training on each Crew position within the restaurant, as well as training on some of the many aspects of running the restaurant. This includes: food safety, coaching/training, team leading, managing & controlling food costs, and managing labour.

What we expect from you
Applicants must be available full time and on all days of the week, and be able to work shifts that start as early as 6:00AM. Minimum 1 year restaurant related supervisory experience required. Permanent residence in Canada is also required.
