Responsibilities include:

• Manage 15-20 direct reports
• Liaise with MRP\xe2\x80\x99s, In-Plant Technicians as well as other personnel
• Supervise Production Staff \xe2\x80\x93 performance reviews \xe2\x80\x93 disciplinary action \xe2\x80\x93 day to day issues
• Quality Control, manage Quality for batch consistency and Corking of completed Batches
• Scheduling manufacturing in accordance with customer requirements
• Production Scheduling and Expediting - Batches and Orders
• Work off Dormant and Slow moving materials.
• Review Production batch tickets.
• Manage expense controls in line with AOP targets
• Identify & participate in productivity improvements
• Material handling exposure
• Flexibility to work on a 3 shift rotation
• Mechanical aptitude a plus

Position Requirements | Exigences de l\'emploi

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, chemical manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of the H&S legislation - ensure safe operation of all duties
• Proficient computer skills, MS Office and SAP
• Self Starter
• Strong interpersonal, time management, decision making and communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business procedures.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
