Job Overview

As a Shift Runner at Domino's Pizza, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during your assigned shifts. You will be responsible for managing team members, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring store performance goals are met. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate team members during the shift. Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food safety. Manage opening and/or closing duties, including cash handling and paperwork. Monitor food preparation and product quality. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently. Train and coach new or existing team members as needed. Maintain a safe and organised working environment. Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Must be familiar with completing and managing Sunday inventory accurately. Communicate with Store Manager regarding shift performance and issues.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or a leadership role preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Food Handler Certificate . Understanding of inventory processes.
