Requirements: \xc2\xb7 6-12 months experience working at Freshslice Pizza as a 4-Star (PH Level) Employee or Shift Runner. \xc2\xb7 Work under pressure during lunch & dinner rush making pizzas and order management and processing. \xc2\xb7 Full commitment to Freshslice quality, standards and guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Solid work ethic and accountability. \xc2\xb7 Strong drive to lead and take ownership of store operations. \xc2\xb7 Work full-time, 40 hours a week with full schedule flexibility to work all shifts. \xc2\xb7 Very positive can-do attitude with a growth mindset \xc2\xb7 Interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers and team members. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 At all times, provide excellent guest journey and customer experience. \xc2\xb7 Adhering to and executing Freshslice standard operating procedures and guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Training, development, supervision and periodic evaluation of team members. Provide leadership and motivation to team members to achieve SMART goals. \xc2\xb7 Assist in developing, adjusting and monitoring marketing and promotional campaigns of the store in the local area and community to drive sales to meet and exceed targets . \xc2\xb7 Help managing cost of labour, food, paper and chemicals in adherence to Freshslice guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Managing inventorying including ordering, stocking and adhering to FIFO guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Prioritize the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, restroom, and food preparation areas. \xc2\xb7 Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff Please carefully read the requirements and responsibilities before submitting your application.
