Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Runner to join our team. The Shift Runner is responsible for supporting the team by preparing high-quality products, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping the team achieve store goals.
Responsibilities
Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality. Take customer orders and handle transactions as needed. Prepare, cook, and make pizzas according to set standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience in pizza operations is required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team during shifts. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
