We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Session Manager to work our closing/evening shift. In this role, you will lead team members towards the shared goal of providing an exceptional gaming experience for each and every customer. The Session Manager oversees all aspects of gaming and the facility in a professional manner that is representative of Delta Bingo & Gaming customer-service oriented image. Responsible for ensuring all gaming is run in compliance with legislation governing the on-going operation of a bingo hall. Work cooperatively with and maintain transparency with the OLG and AGCO.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service.

Work co-operatively with co-workers, team members and charity volunteers.
Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license and/or any license deemed necessary to aid in the operation of the gaming site.
Work cooperatively with OLG and AGCO providing information in a timely professional manner.
Call in equipment failures and follow up with bingo support line.
Oversee the entire gaming centre operations, including equipment, parking lot, facility cleanliness, customer service, and team members.
Ensure team members are present, accounted for, and motivated to complete their shift.
Praise and/or discipline team members when appropriate; participate in performance management.
Verify financial reports after each bingo session.
Balance cash, prepare deposits, and manage department floats.
Oversee and coordinate monthly inventory for BOT.
Prepare reports and input financial data to be used by various stakeholders.
Assist with planning, preparing, and executing promotional events.
Complete a variety of office related tasks, including photocopying, managing inventory, etc.
Lead by example.
Understand and respond to customer inquiries regarding gaming, Food & Beverage, promotions, and any other product or service offered at Delta Bingo & Gaming.
Undertake other tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned by the Operations manager.
Comply with the Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.
Must be able to work scheduled shifts.
Demonstrate teamwork attitude through such things as willingness to cover shifts.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the gaming or hospitality sector is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members effectively.
Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
