Required skills:

- Necessary experience: High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.

- Professional experience: One (1) to two (2) years of experience in food preparation (OR college program in food service administration, or related discipline).

- Manage and direct a team of leaders and team members (supervise, coordinate and schedule).

- Generate sales and profits, increase value, professionally and financially.

- Maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment for customers and colleagues (train staff in this field).

- Ensure compliance with our cleanliness requirements and quality control standards.

- Inspire the team, instill a sense of pride and create a culture of delivering the best fast-food experience.
