The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in food manufacturing or meat processing and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize daily production schedules and staffing based on order volumes
Supervise processing activities to ensure productivity, quality standards, and sanitation compliance
Monitor workflow and coordinate communication between meat cutters, production workers, and warehouse/cold room staff
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Address and resolve on-site operational issues and production bottlenecks
Support training, guidance, and performance management of production staff
Assist management with reporting, production tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory experience in food manufacturing or meat processing
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment
Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills
Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and production flow
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
