Sheet Metal Foreman

to lead a roofing crew on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate a team of 3-4 people on mostly residential metal roofing projects Assist with hands-on installation Communicate with customers and builders Plan and organize daily jobsite activities to ensure efficiency and quality Maintain safety standards Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications Track materials, hours, and progress for reporting and billing

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in metal roofing or architectural sheet metal Strong people skills and ability to deal effectively with customers and builders Proven leadership or foreman experience Strong understanding of hidden fastener flashing details, trims, and panel systems (standing seam, snap lock, etc.) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Valid driver's license and ability to drive a trailer Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Assets (not required):

Red Seal Sheet Metal Worker or Roofing ticket Fall Protection, First Aid, or WHMIS certification Experience with copper, zinc, or custom metal fabrication
