Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential installations to commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products, including ductwork, fittings, and custom pieces.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and local building codes.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with existing sheet metal systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker or in a related field.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to metal fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
