Duties
:Prepare and marinate meats for shawarma. Cook and slice shawarma meat safely and efficiently. Assemble wraps, plates, and meals with fresh ingredients. Prep vegetables, sauces, and sides (e.g. garlic sauce, hummus, fries) Keep kitchen area clean and follow food safety standards Assist with order prep and support team during busy hours.
Requirements
Basic kitchen experience (shawarma or grill experience is a plus). Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour
