We are looking for a Shampoo & Blow-Dry Specialist to join our team! This role focuses on providing clients with a relaxing and enjoyable shampooing and blow-dry experience , ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and confident. While no advanced cutting or coloring skills are required, we seek a professional with attention to detail, customer service skills, and a passion for hair care .

Responsibilities

• Shampoo and condition clients' hair using professional techniques to promote scalp health and hair quality.
• Blow-dry and style hair according to client preferences, delivering a polished and professional finish.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation , ensuring workstations, tools, and equipment are properly sanitized after each use.
• Create a welcoming experience by providing excellent customer service and ensuring client comfort.
• Support salon operations by assisting with client preparation and overall salon maintenance cleanliness.
• Stay informed on hair care products and techniques to enhance the client experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• License: A valid hairdressing license in Nova Scotia is required.
• Gender : female
• Experience: Previous experience in shampooing and blow-drying is not required.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Salon Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting .
• Sanitation Practices: Knowledge of proper hair care and sanitation protocols .
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to support fellow salon operations.

Pay: $17.20-$25.26 per hour
