Description
The Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Program at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital is now looking for interested RN's and RPN's for On-Call/Standby/casual with the team.
The SA/DV team is made up of dedicated, specially trained RN's and RPN's who provide health assessment, assist with medical treatment, forensic examination and crisis counselling to the victim/survivor, family and friends. These committed individuals will be helping victims of sexual assault and partner abuse in providing "on-call" services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Qualifications
The following criteria outline eligibility requirements:
Completed orientation through your own program (shadow call schedule)
Completed the SANE Online modules
Completed the Trans-Affirming Care modules
Demonstrated commitment to your program through shift availability, attendance at team meetings, and participation in ongoing learning
Gained clinical experience through client care, shadowing/mentoring opportunities
