-$16.50-$18/hour - wage increase of $1.50/hour following 3 month probation
-Twice a month performance bonuses available following 3 month probation
-Overtime available until 4:30pm daily but not required
-Health and Dental benefits with Blue Cross
-Free parking on site

Responsibilities
-Operating the sewing machine
*Focus of this role is sewing machine operation but some other shop duties will be required. Training will be provided
-Cutting fabric, fibreglass and wire in prep or assembly
-Assembly of small components

Qualifications
-Industrial sewing experience required
-Must have reliable transportation - no bus service. Located in Headingly, Manitoba
-Must be able to read and write in English
-Attention to detail
-Team player that works well with others
