Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to proper food preparation and sanitation guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service areas regularly.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$18.01 per hour
