The School of
Accounting and Finance at the University of Waterloo invites applications for sessional
instructors with specializations in finance, financial or managerial
accounting, ethics, and communications.
We require instructors for multiple courses. The courses for sessional
instructors commence approximately May 1 (Spring Term), September 1, 2023 (Fall
Term), and January 1, 2024 (Winter Term). The successful candidate will instruct
students taking courses in programs offered by the School of Accounting and
Finance. Candidates interested in teaching a given subject matter should
be knowledgeable and have practical experience in the field of instruction.
Duties primarily include teaching but could also include course coordination.

A graduate degree
in accounting, finance, management, computer science/data analytics or
mathematics/engineering is desirable. While not required, previous teaching
experience in a post-secondary institution and relevant industry experience are
all assets.

The School of Accounting and Finance is widely recognized for
