Focus on visual literacy, stylistic evolution, major concepts and the first-hand study of objects.Estimated Course Enrolment: 80 studentsNumber of Positions: 1Size of Appointment: 100 hoursSessional Dates of Appointment: January 6, 2025 to April 30, 2025Salary: $52.26 per hour + vacation payPlease note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Background in Art History including historical and geographical breadth as relevant to the course material.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA or PhD in Art History.
  • Experience in undergraduate student assessment.
  • Interest in pedagogical methods should include student engagement as well as innovative assessment and assignment development.
