What You'll Get To Do:

Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with plant safety standards. Conduct monthly safety meetings and instruct personnel in proper job procedures. Supervises and directs the cleaning and maintenance of the grounds, buildings and other areas of the plant. Tracks and confirms employee time using Kronos. Provide relief supervision in the Production Department as required. Supervise and direct Plant Yard crew, and contractors for projects as required.

Who we are looking for:

Experience in heavy industry or manufacturing environment Ability to communicate effectively and interact in a group setting Prior supervisory experience preferred Must be detail oriented and have a high degree of self-motivation Proficient with Microsoft Office required, SAP and Kronos experience preferred

Work Environment:

Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels
